More Than Just a Game: Why We Play Together
At TGC Asia, we believe in showing up — for our clients, our partners, and our people. And sometimes, that means picking up a paddle.
What began as a casual team-building idea has grown into an unexpected part of our culture. Our pickleball journey is still unfolding — a weekly rhythm of learning, laughing, and strengthening the bonds between us.
This reel captures just a glimpse: seven weeks of moments where we missed serves, sent balls flying onto the ceiling, shouted “Ball In!” to other courts, and debated points like it was the finals — all in good fun.
We called ourselves the DupePros — not because we play like pros, but because we keep showing up like one.
No matter how unpredictable the rallies or how far the ball rolls, we return — week after week — with commitment, energy, and a shared sense of play.
With our first internal tournament coming up on 20 June, this isn’t a wrap-up. It’s a checkpoint — one of many in a journey that’s helped us grow closer as a team.
